Research and Tutorial Websites
Research
Students picked a web design topic of their choice to do a research website on. They were responsible for citing resources, preparing a glossary, introducing and explaining the topic, educting us on the pitfalls and beneifts of the topic and provide examples of it in the wild.
Tutorial
In addition to the research portion of the project, students also created and shared a tutorial that would help us practice key techniques related to the reserch topic. They were responsible for providing any starter files and detailed instructions for completing the tutorial.
Code
Beautiful, semantic markup. A joy to behold. Students not only did the research, created the tutorials and were responsible for the design from top to bottom, they also were tasked with writing clean, compliant HTML, CSS and Javascript code. It's a lovely thing, folks.
